Dr. Caitlyn Flores, PT, DPT
I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Then, I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. While pursuing my B.S., I was a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. I have years of experience treating a combination of orthopedic and pelvic health populations with a wide variety of diagnoses. I received my certification through the Herman & Wallace institute to treat urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, bowel dysfunction, pregnancy-related discomfort, postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, and post-operative patients.
I am dedicated to bringing women’s pelvic floor physical therapy directly to your doorstep. As a new mom, I deeply understand the challenges of prioritizing your own care while caring for a little one. After experiencing firsthand how difficult it can be to attend medical appointments when I needed them the most, I felt inspired to create a more accessible solution for other women facing similar obstacles.
That’s why I launched my own practice, offering both virtual and in-home physical therapy sessions. Concierge physical therapy allows me to provide personalized, one-on-one care tailored to your unique needs. This individualized approach often reduces the number of visits needed compared to traditional outpatient therapy, saving you time and minimizing gaps in care—especially since there’s no need to arrange childcare.
Having worked in outpatient PT settings for many years, I’ve seen how shared therapy time can stretch treatment time for patients, often with costly copays followed by surprise bills months later. My goal is to simplify the process, provide transparent billing, prioritize your convenience, and ensure you receive the focused care you deserve. Together, we’ll work to restore your strength, confidence, and well-being.
